Great for range of motion exercises for the shoulder. Ball bearings and brake shoe linings make the resistance mechanism more sensitive to motion. The shoulder wheel is mounted on a hardwood frame. Arc of motion ranges from 10” to 39” by moving the handle. Adjustable in height as much as 26”. Chrome plated metal parts. 37.5” diameter, wall-mounted.
