This is the only patented institutional bed mobility device that prevents lateral mattress movement , and gap space in the most critical zones: 1, 2, and 3. Provides exit points for neck, head, and chest while eliminating the four most critical zones of entrapment. Promotes bed mobility and increases environmental independence. The ring rotates 90° in either direction to accommo- date different user positions and allow ease of bed exit. Both the Halo ALC and Institutional Bed Model mount to the bed frame for greatest stability.
